About This Branch

Christ Formation Chapel Headquarters was founded in September 1998 and serves as the mother church of Christ Formation Chapel Ministry (CFCM). The church is under the leadership of Bishop Shadrack Ndhuli, who is the lead pastor.

CFCM HQ is located in Kilifi Town, where it functions as the spiritual, administrative, and leadership center of the ministry. The church is committed to nurturing believers through sound biblical teaching, worship, discipleship, and community outreach, with a strong focus on Christ-centered transformation.
